Arlene and Jeff Berg are being honored for their decades of work to advance the mission of the Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh, including educating other Christians about Judaism and antisemitism, and for supporting countless Pittsburgh Jewish communal organizations with a spirit of generosity and volunteerism. 

Righteous Among the Neighbors is a project of the Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh that honors non-Jewish Pittsburghers who support the Jewish community and take action to uproot antisemitism. Jeff and Arlene Berg are honorees in the class of 2024.

In partnership with the LIGHT Education Initiative and Mt. Lebanon High School, student journalists have once again interviewed honorees and wrote article-length profiles about their efforts. This year, the articles will each be published in the Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle!
